Last time I was in Exeter I went Speed Dating, I went with a good girlfriend, and met a great guy. I just have to tell you about my night out being a speed dater, as if I had not gone, I would never have met Mark. I was always the shy type and found it very difficult to start chatting to men but with speed dating the men come to you!
My friends were quite excited that I have found a dating formula that worked, what is speed dating they would say? Well, let me tell you what happened on the evening...
Upon arrival I was given a personalised badge with a number on it and a īspeeding ticketī where I could write details of all the chaps I met. If I liked anyone I met then I could check their box on the ticket, guess what? I certainly checked Mark's box, what a cutie. Once the dating part of the evening started, those with badge number one sat at table number one, those with badge number two at table number two and so on. I was given number seven - lucky for some, and lucky for me. Every four minutes, a gong sounded, which reminded me of being called for dinner, but anyway, I digress. Being a girl I stayed seated and all the men moved around one table. This continued (with a twenty minute half time break) until I had met everyone there. Markie and I just clicked, I never believed in love at first sight but it happens, believe me! I have to say a very special word of thanks to the organiser Carl Christensen for putting me and Mark together. If you have any doubts about it, you shouldn't. Speed Dating is great fun and it works!
Update - The rumour that I am now doing dogging videos is simply not true.
